Your role

Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for a Sales Support Assistant to:

• follow and build on existing processes to help in the administration of new issues, subscriptions and bookings of structured products
• help in the pre and post trade activities such as termsheet preparation/finalization, settlements and reconciliation of invoices/trade mismatches
• coordinate the onboarding requests from the Structured & Solutions Sales teams, as well as following the lifecycle of these requests
• engage with the salesforce to build a deep understanding of the markets they look at, and clients

Your team

You’ll be working next to and with the Structured & Solutions Sales teams in Opfikon, to assist and help providing investment solutions to our intermediary and institutional clients across Switzerland and Europe. We are part of the Global Market function within the Investment Bank. We offer you a chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced and truly international team.

Your expertise

• an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• well-organized with strong analytical skills
• previous experience in a Sales Support role is an advantage
• fluent in English in written and spoken, German and/or French of advantage (no hard requirement)
• advanced Microsoft office skills (especially Excel)
• strong Interest in Derivatives and Structured Products as well as working on the Trading Floor
• want to challenge, move and learn about derivatives and its applications for professional clients
