Job Description

Clinical Applications Specialist MRI

Drives clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues.

Your role:

  • Provide MRI Advance Clinical Application (L3) to key customers across Latam but Brazil. Key customers defined by level of clinical application needs and/or strategic relevance by MR BMM Latam.
  • Level two (L2) support for L1 Clinical Application colleagues.
  • On the job training for Level 1 Clinical Applications colleagues as complementary (not to replace formal training) training.
  • Support MSS (Modality Sales Specialist) to localize (clinically) value proposition for all portfolio solutions.
  • Drive specific and targeted IB campaigns to promote LCB solutions.
  • Support Sales to explain Clinical Benefits during customer visits.
  • Educate sales team on emerging clinical issues and positioning solutions to address these market changes. Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Ambassador Program as clinical advisor, develop clinical material for marketing and as Clinical Collaboration Agreement manager.
  • Participate of global Application Clinical council
  • Develop relationships with key customers.
  • Support Reference Sites program.
  • Participate on congresses, road shows and customer events.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired 6+ years of Clinical experience with focus on Magnetic Resonance, including delivering applications, sales presentations and demonstrations and participating in Congresses and/or in clinical societies'
  • Your skills include effective communication in Spanish and English, Patient First Mindset, Ability to influence and negotiate as well as building relationships.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Radiology, ideally with postgraduate with focus in MRI, AI applied to Clinical Solutions or equivalent.
  • Availability to travel to other cities/provinces/states.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
