As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. Our end users are Googlers, Cloud customers and the billions of people who use Google services around the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional MSCA strategic programs and initiatives spanning portfolio management / prioritization, improve development velocity and efficiency, and enhancing Program Manager (PMO) tools and processes.
  • Drive programs, develop goals and program plans, prioritize deliverables, setting deadlines, monitor execution across cross-functional teams, manage program risks, and publish regular execution updates to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI/ML technologies and tools to radically simplify and transform workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate across MSCA PMO leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in Engineering, Finance and Product/Strategy Operations teams to develop and drive adoption of KPIs, Portfolio planning/prioritization systems and dashboards.
  • Lead operational reviews and strategy development/planning exercises.
