Your challenges:

  • According to the sales strategy of the year, take the initiative to contact potential customers through high-frequency telephone, Wechat, email and other online methods to find sales opportunities, sell the company's products and services, to complete sales goals and work goals, and at the same time strive to establish brand awareness of Eppendorf products among customers.
  • Drive product sales in a variety of ways, with Inside Sales Specialists focusing on regional conditions and aligned with team strategies as well as e-commerce sales strategies.
  • Handle telephone and email consultation related to product sales (including 400 hotline and other channels forwarded by telephone or email), screen quality sales information, explore customers' cooperation intentions, and conduct follow-up, quotation, and follow-up contract processing.
  • Follow up the potential customer information obtained by various channels, further explore, and improve customer information.
  • Accurately enter customer information into the system, and regularly update and maintain valid customer information in the sales data registration system.
  • Effectively use CRM and existing data to promote continuous purchases, target new customers, and increase sales.
  • Master and correctly implement the company's sales strategy and process.
