The Principal Technical Writer (REST APIs) is responsible for planning, developing and maintaining REST API specification documentation in multiple formats including guides, tutorials and web-based developer portal systems. Creates clear, concise, user-oriented REST API documentation. Researches, writes, proofreads and edits end-user focused REST API documentation utilizing screen shots and illustrations using graphic tools where needed. Assists in the development of REST API documentation strategy, standards and optimization of tools.
