Le Gestionnaire, Implémentation (IM) soutient les partenaires de distribution en offrant des services de qualité aux Consultants et aux Promoteurs de Régimes lors de diverses phases de projet. Ce rôle implique une collaboration avec des équipes internes telles que les Opérations, la Souscription et la Distribution. En tirant parti de ses connaissances du secteur, l'IM offre un service supérieur et représente Manuvie lors des réunions avec les clients, en promouvant l'utilisation des outils numériques de Manuvie. De solides compétences en gestion des relations sont cruciales pour établir des liens avec les Clients, les Consultants et les équipes de vente.
Une connaissance approfondie des produits et services d'Avantages Collectifs est essentielle, tout comme les compétences en négociation et en influence pour collaborer en interne et en externe. L'IM doit également avoir de solides compétences en gestion de projet et du temps pour respecter les livrables de mise en œuvre et garantir la satisfaction des clients. Des compétences efficaces en présentation, en personne et virtuellement, sont nécessaires.

Salary range is expected to be between
$69,750.00 CAD - $116,250.00 CAD
