Pay Range: $24.18 to $36.27

Shift: Afternoon/Evenings

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

We are hiring coworkers to start with Kwik Trip immediately. Coworkers would be trained and work in our La Crosse, WI Distribution Center on a 4-day schedule. Kwik Trip will reimburse for mileage, food, and lodging from May until November. Starting in November of 2025 the DeForest facility will be open and coworkers will then permanently work at our DeForest Distribution Center.

Kwik Trip, Inc. is currently a seeking Full Time Technical Systems Specialist for our BRAND NEW DeForest Distribution Center that will open in November of 2025. Our 285,000 square foot Distribution Center plays a key role in our vertical integration efforts. The Distribution Center will have a team of 200+ co-workers responsible for providing approximately 90 percent of the various products sold at our store locations.

This individual will work with the Distribution Division management team by assisting in the management / operations of all applications and operating systems (Vocollect, WMS, LM, Pick to light, Paragon, Telematics, IBM Cognos reporting tool and SAP).

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot and maintain all systems and hardware
• Maintain relations with all service agencies, both internal and external
• Issue analysis, resolution, and support of operational systems
• Train Distribution Division co-workers
• Data collection and analysis
• Assist the Distribution Division with IT project management

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be knowledgeable and comfortable with the use of computer software and operating systems including Microsoft Office products and IBM iSeries
• Knowledge of a Distribution process
• Accurate / detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Organization skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work with others in a team based atmosphere
• Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
• Possess basic math aptitude
• Self-starter
• Work in fast paced safety conscious environment

Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week. Flexibility with your work schedule is required. This position is an evening shift with some weekends and holidays included.
