What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion quality across the product lifecycle, from planning to release.
• Design and execute clear, effective test plans that align with team goals.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into meaningful test scenarios.
• Identify and manage risks, bugs, and issues with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights and mentoring others.
• Embrace automation and modern testing tools to streamline processes and boost efficiency.

• Experience working in agile teams and adapting to change.
• Familiarity with test automation tools like Playwright or Selenium.
• A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.

Nice-to-Haves

• Strong domain or product knowledge.
• Experience designing and implementing test strategies and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Exposure to API testing and C#.
• ISTQB Foundation certification or a relevant degree.

• Create and maintain test artefacts that are clear, reusable, and effective.
• Apply a variety of testing approaches, including exploratory, regression, usability, and accessibility testing.
• Build and maintain automation suites that support fast, reliable delivery.
• Take ownership of test activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Share your expertise and support the growth of others in the QA community.
• Continuously seek feedback and opportunities to grow.
