Amazon is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead our Alternative Payment Method Program within our Payment Business Operations team! This pivotal role will drive operational excellence for our advanced online payment systems, with a specific focus on Buy Now Pay Later solutions across Latin America.

Key job responsibilities

  • Drive program management excellence alongside technical teams to revolutionize payment products and customer experience
  • Manage operational relationships with third-party partners and internal stakeholders
  • Conduct sophisticated data analysis to extract actionable insights for business decisions
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize features and manage post-launch optimization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Knowledge of the payments industry or financial services
  • Experience in eCommerce, technology, or customer service operations
