Job Description: We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Client Partner to join our dynamic team. As an Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge to drive revenue growth. Join our team and be part of a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside experienced professionals to achieve our revenue goals and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key member of the team to carry new sales opportunities forward in the pipeline and help close the client.
  • Collect and organize data of new sales appointments to ensure key stakeholders are updated on the information prior to the appointment.
  • Join new sales appointments to listen and understand the full conversation. Note down key takeaways or next steps that come out of the meeting.
  • Organize meeting recording and notes in CRM.
  • Work with stakeholders on required collateral to be emailed to the lead after the appointment.
  • Co-ordinate with leads to schedule follow up calls.
  • Work with stakeholders to define strategy for closing each lead.
  • Work with stakeholders to draft SOWs and proposals.
  • Maintain ongoing lead follow-up regarding appointments, and deliverables to drive decision-making.
  • Maintain activity reporting in CRM.
  • Provide onboarding support once client close.

Requirements:

  • Highly attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience with generating leads and selling services via outbound in the USA market
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX Design, Development, SEO, SEM, Paid Media Marketing, and Social Media Platforms
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
