招聘岗位: 服务主管-采购部

岗位职责:

  • 负责落实和完善物资采购管理体系;
  • 负责审核各部门的采购申请单,确保不出现重复采购;
  • 负责日常采购工作定期与材料会计、用货部门共同进行市场调查,开发货源;
  • 收集市场信息,做到货比三家、优质优价优先,发现新产品,调整进货价格,报上级批准后执行;
  • 负责做好采购成本费用核算,努力为酒店节约采购成本;
  • 负责日常采购合同、协议的签署,对合同的执行进行管理;
  • 负责对供货商的信誉进行调研;

岗位要求:

  • 大专以上学历,从事酒店物资管理和采购工作2年以上,具有丰富的采购知识和经验;
  • 熟练掌握采购程序和酒店内部控制程序;
  • 拥有各类物资供应商,并与他们建立牢固、良好的业务关系;
  • 良好的英语基础 ;

We are looking for a Service Leader - Purchasing

As a Service Leader - Purchasing, we rely on you to

  • Be responsible for implementing and improving the material procurement management system;
  • Be responsible for reviewing the purchase requisitions of each department to ensure no duplicate purchase;
  • Be responsible for daily procurement work, regularly conduct market research together with material accounting and goods department, and develop goods sources;
  • Collect market information, shop around, give priority to high quality and high price, discover new products, adjust purchase price, report to superior for approval;
  • Be responsible for purchasing cost accounting, and strive to save purchasing cost for the hotel;
  • Be responsible for signing daily procurement contracts and agreements, and managing the execution of contracts;
  • Be responsible for the supplier's reputation research;

We are looking for someone who :

  • College degree or above, engaged in hotel material management and procurement for more than 2 years, with rich purchasing knowledge and experience;
  • Proficient in purchasing procedures and hotel internal control procedures;
  • Own all kinds of material suppliers, and establish strong and good business relationship with them;
  • Good basic English;
