招聘岗位: 服务经理 - 采购部(副经理)

岗位职责:

  • 制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件,经管理当局批准后保证贯彻执行;
  • 审批所有采购申请单、定货单;
  • 根据酒店需求与市场供应审定价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商,确定供应关系;
  • 负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判,审查所有合同及其他业务和约的执行和落实;
  • 负责组织市场调查研究,及时酒店提供市场信息,指导下属按计划完成酒店的各类采购任务,并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支;
  • 积极开发货源,不断推荐新产品,扩大货品国产化,负责国外定货工作;
  • 经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况,及时处理发现的问题;

岗位要求:

  • 具有经济类本科以上学历;
  • 具有3年以上合资饭店各项物品的采购经验;
  • 具有较好的英语基础 ;
  • 对采购程序,采购合同的订立比较精通;
  • 具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力;

We are looking for a Service Manager - Purchasing (Assistant Manager)

As a Service Manager - Purchasing (Assistant Manager), we rely on you to

  • Develop procurement guidelines, strategies and procedures, and ensure implementation after approval by the management authorities;
  • Approve all purchase requisitions and orders;
  • According to the hotel demand and market supply validation price reasonable, reliable goods quality, good reputation, excellent after-sales service suppliers, to determine the supply relationship;
  • Responsible for major business negotiations with vendors on commodity orders and review the implementation and implementation of all contracts and other business agreements;
  • Responsible for organizing market research, timely hotel to provide market information, guide subordinates according to plan to complete all kinds of hotel procurement tasks, and in the budget as far as possible to reduce costs, save money;
  • Actively develop sourcing, and constantly recommend new products, expand the localization of goods, responsible for foreign orders work;
  • Regular inspection of the department to carry out economic, customs, quarantine, health and other laws and regulations, timely treatment of the problems found;

We are looking for someone who :

  • Bachelor degree or above in economics;
  • With more than 3 years experience in the procurement of joint venture hotel items;
  • Have a good foundation of English;
  • Be proficient in the purchasing procedure and the conclusion of the purchase contract;
  • Have strong organizational and communication skills and management skills;
