Product Management
This position is responsible for achieving sales objectives, volume and profit, through supporting sales teams in Europe. Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns with customer needs for products and services. Reports directly to and works with the KAM Lead responsible for driving growth to the business managing categories with all sales teams in Europe. This position requires high level of teamwork and cross – functional leadership. Also, a proactive and innovative spirit will be key for success. Direct contact with clients at different levels is expected. Good communication skills and efficient networking will have to happen to be able to present ideas and concepts. Success of this position will be measured by delivering initiatives with impact in volume and VI, ensuring customer satisfaction and proactively contributing to the business growth.
