Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a VP- SYSTEM PLANNING & COORDINATION to join our ADMINISTRATION team!

The Vice President – System Planning & Coordination plays a high-profile role in collaborating with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to coordinate workflow through executive and board calendars, ensure delivery of exceptional presentation materials and work products, plan for executive forums and retreats, and ensure organizational adherence to operational governance and decision-making processes. Additionally, this role is accountable for helping build a culture of excellence across the system, aligning leadership agendas, and coordinating information flow and decision-making through our governance and operational structures.

HOURS: Full Time, 1.0 FTE

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, health care or related field required.
• Master’s degree in business administration, information science, health care administration or related field required.
• Process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and project management certification desired.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or business management, etc.
• Experience in developing executive level presentations on strategic topics.
• Experience in coordinating complex projects involving senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience navigating integrated health care systems.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams.
• Experience with merger and acquisition planning and integrations.
• Extensive experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
• Persuasive and concise in written and verbal communication.
• Proven history of holding roles requiring high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
• Proven experience in utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving to daily business challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
