Grafton Realty company looking for BOOKKEEPER!

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Checkbook reconciliation – 2 account
• Balance Trust Account verification
• Post bills/expenses into QuickBooks program
• Post deposits into QuickBooks program
• Print monthly reports
• Backup reports to thumb drive for Vesta Accounting

Preferred Qualifications:

• QuickBooks Desktop Version Experience
• General Bookkeeping Experience

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $50/hour
• Shift(s):1 time monthly
• Hours: approximately 2-3 hours a month
