We are seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in New Bern, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both Spanish and English and experience in customer service or a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records
  • Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers with inquiries and service issues
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external contacts

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)

Experience Required:

  • Prior customer service or call center experience required
