Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, weekdays, some flex

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer basic to intermediate levels of calls from customers and agents
• Process a high volume of changes within the systems
• Develop proficiency in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter systems
• Master established CS guidelines
• Complete letter templates to print or email to customers or agents.

Qualifications:

• 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience
• 1 year general office experience
• Proficiency of MS Office applications
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment
