Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health

Location: Maury Regional Medical Center, Columbia, TN.

Position Shift Options: Full Time Days

Position Summary:

Join a team dedicated to serving the people of our region with clinical excellence and compassionate care. We are looking for a physical therapist who is interested in working with patients in an home care setting. This individual will also work alongside a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech language pathologists.

Provide Physical Therapy according to the State of Tennessee Practice Act and MRMC policies and procedures

Credentials / Education:

• Required:

o Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee

o BLS CPR Certification
