The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Work closely with senior management as an integral member of the team responsible for shaping our Shopee App and Operations processes through robust analysis and initiatives
- Engage in project-based initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing solutions to drive significant improvement in our ecommerce processes and experience
- Forge strong connections with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders, using robust quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Continuously optimise strategies, designs, reporting, and planning processes
- Own and drive high-impact projects across operations-related verticals and workstreams
Requirements:
- 3 - 6 years of experience in strategy consulting &/or in-house strategy roles, highly preferred
- Experience in working with data, drawing insights, developing reports, and devising practical data-driven solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse markets and backgrounds
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market behavior
- Outstanding project management skills
- A deep understanding of management frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to present solutions and results at leadership level
