Acara Solution is looking for a Space Force MUOS: Engineering Cost Account Manager for Our client located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Here's what you'd do:

• As a Cost Account Manager on the Space Force MUOS program, you'll work closely with a cross-functional team responsible for the successful execution of one of the multiple MUOS teams.
• Assist in the successful execution and delivery of Task Orders within cost and schedule parameters from CGN, as well as Sales and Margin expectations to the client
• Assist in the support of the successful execution of Task Order (EVM Contract) as a CAM
• Support generating briefing reports (internal/external)
• Work closely with Program Finance, Program Management and Deputy Program Manager of Engineering to establish clear financial expectations when developing the Fiscal Plan.
• Support the development of the resource-loaded Control Account schedule
• Support the establishment of Control Account Plans (CAPs)
• Request Open/Close charges
• Review weekly labour reports for charging; review subcontractor data, including est. costs
• Support the development of Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
• Develop and manage performance measurement metrics
• Work with the Deputy Program Manager of Engineering and Engineering to status the schedule and develop an estimate to complete (ETC)
• Support reviews with the program team including Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR)
• Perform Control Account analysis, including rate impacts
• Support Engineering Status Reviews and Program Management Reviews
• Support Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) preparation (if needed).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or Science or Engineering or Mathematics
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Advanced Excel Formulas: including INDEX/MATCH, COUNTIFS, macros for automating tasks, use of pivot tables
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Data Transformation and Power Queries in Excel and Power BI
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Data Visualization tools in Excel and Power BI: Charts, graphs

• Good Communicator and Strong Cost Account Manager Skills.
• Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency in requirements management and system modelling tools
• Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
• Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
• Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others.
