Senior Engineer, Test Engineering - Product Development

The Senior Test Development Engineer will be responsible for developing probe testing solutions for converters, amplifiers, switches, isolators and other mixed-signal devices. He/She will be responsible in the design, development, and implementation of an effective high precision and high performance test solution in an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) for the purpose of verification, characterization, qualification and manufacturing of these products. Test Solutions should guarantee product performance according to specifications ensuring company’s desired level of product quality and reliability. This job also entails heavy collaboration with design, applications, and product engineers across ADI global sites.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineer. MS graduate equivalent is an advantage
  • At least 3-5 year experience in Precision Converters (ADC, DAC) and Linear Products (OPAMPS) Test Development
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a high level of performance in a team and individually
  • Experienced in designing ATE Test Application Hardware Circuitry using Cadence Allegro Schematic and Layout tools
  • Experienced in Automatic Tester Equipment (Teradyne Flex Testers and NI PXI platforms or Equivalent)
  • Experienced in Laboratory benchtop instruments is a plus
  • Strong software programming skills for writing and debugging test codes.
  • Proficient in VBA, C, C++ and/or Visual Basic Programming and Scripting Skills
  • Strong teamwork, inter-personal and communication skills
