The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C++ Developer to join our engineering team for Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java-based applications and services within a complex, distributed architecture. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, mentoring developers, and contributing to the overall architecture and performance of our solutions.

• Apply expertise to solve business challenges, providing direction to team activities and facilitating decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and help integrate it with software products
• Manage project tasks, and ensure requirements are met throughout the implementation
• Work within agile teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate across geographies
• Contribute to organizational goals, participate in multiple projects, and stay updated on emerging technologies to drive innovation

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor or above degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Telecommunications etc.)
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C++ code
• Implement performance and quality modules
• Strong proficiency in C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification
• Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms
• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage-collected environments
• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C++-specific notions, such as friend classes
• Familiarity with templating in C++

Additional skills are a plus:

• Java-based frameworks and containerization
• Knowledge of SQL language and experience in working with DB
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automation frameworks
• Experience in large-scale multi-tier software applications
