Knowledge | Experience | Skills:

High School diploma or GED required. General knowledge of Injection Molding and manufacturing operations preferred. Basic mold tooling and assembly knowledge preferred. Enrollment/participation in the apprenticeship program required. Good communication and Interpersonal skills. Basic Computer experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supports production by maintaining all molds in a production ready state
• Repairs, cleans, services and performs insert changes on all molds
• Wire Hot runners, hot sprue, thermocouples in addition to replace hot runner components
• Wire limit switches
• Cleaning, lubrication, polishing
• Must enroll and participate in the apprenticeship program.
