Your role

Do you have a passion for quality? Have you successfully automated test packs and worked in an agile environment?

We’re looking for Test Automation Engineer to:

• implement a test automation strategy – Design, Manage and Automate Test Packs
• manage, Monitor and improve the infrastructure together with a team of automation engineers
• deliver within a fast paced agile software development environment
• liaise with multiple stakeholders at all levels across IT teams and product owners, including international locations
• comply with the bank wide test strategy when it comes to Standards across Test Tooling, Processes and Frameworks

Your team

You’ll be working in the eDiscovery Team based in Pune. In recent years, regulatory requirements for firms in the financial services industry have become more comprehensive and complex. Litigations are continuously on the rise, violations are being vigorously investigated and a number of firms have faced highly publicized and expensive sanctions.

Our role is to design and implement innovative IT solutions that ensure these complex regulatory requirements are tracked through to solution as well as provide any information necessary to stakeholders to ensure all requirements are ultimately satisfied. We are a global IT team with locations in the US, UK, Switzerland and India while supporting internal clients throughout the world.

Your expertise

• at least 4 years of professional software testing with hands on automation skill
• proven hands on experience with agile development methodology
• hands on Experience with Selenium, with Core Java knowledge
• experience working with BDD Behavior Driven Development, utilizing Cucumber Syntax
• hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines preferably in Gitlab
• solid understanding of Testing Process and Test Management tooling like Squash or QC/ALM
• track record of maintaining test assets when it comes to Regression test packs
• analytical Ability to Turn Requirements into well written Test Cases, DB Experience, SQL Knowledge
