Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 10 years of experience in Java Full stack development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java18+ Spring Framework Spring boot Microservices Kafka SQL Developer Oracle PL/SQL GIT and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of the Investment Banking & Brokerage domain.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java18+ Spring Framework Spring boot Microservices Kafka SQL Developer Oracle PL/SQL GIT and CI/CD.
Have a hand on experience on front end technology like Angular Node JS Typescript and Html
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and practices.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in Java18+ Spring Framework Spring boot Microservices Kafka SQL Developer Oracle PL/SQL GIT and CI/CD.
Have a hand on experience on front end technology like Angular Node JS Typescript and Html
Have a good understanding of the Investment Banking & Brokerage domain.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
Display the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
