Job Summary

The Infra. Tech. Specialist - Ops role is designed for professionals with 6 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Management dynatrace and ServiceNow ITOM. This hybrid position requires expertise in managing IT operations efficiently during day shifts. The role focuses on optimizing service delivery and enhancing system performance without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT Service Management processes to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.

Provide expert guidance on the use of dynatrace for monitoring and optimizing system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow ITOM solutions enhancing operational efficiency.

Develop and execute strategies to improve IT service delivery and reduce downtime.

Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT operations management.

Facilitate the resolution of complex technical issues minimizing impact on business operations.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business objectives and priorities.

Implement automation solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular audits of IT systems to ensure security and reliability.

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in IT Service Management with a proven track record of optimizing service delivery.

Demonstrate proficiency in using dynatrace for system monitoring and performance optimization.

Have extensive experience in integrating and utilizing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Exhibit excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.

Show ability to develop and implement strategies for improving IT operations.

Display strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in IT operations management.

Certifications Required

ITIL Foundation Certification Dynatrace Certified Associate ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
