Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development of the Surface Treatment segment, including the definition of relevant sub-segments and comprehensive market, competitor, and value proposition analyses
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisition targets to drive sustainable business growth and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Define innovative targets in relation to products, digital solutions, and business models
  • Plan sales and profitability based on strategic initiatives
  • Position products and services effectively by systematically analyzing their value propositions and continuously monitoring customer and competitor activities
  • Manage product portfolio and pricing strategies, identify portfolio gaps, and initiate appropriate measures through internal development or external sourcing
  • Develop compelling value case studies and implement value-based selling techniques to differentiate from competitors
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable annual sales and marketing plans, tailored by country and product line, and oversee their execution
  • Drive sales initiatives to expand market share and to increase sales and profitability of the segment. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and influential stakeholders within the industry
  • Ensure effective internal organization and communication

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the Surface Treatment market segment.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic and operational capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial filtration products and surface treatment market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, quality standards, and environmental concerns.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; willing to travel globally.
