We are looking for an experienced and dependable Standing Forklift Operator to join our team. This role is essential for efficient warehouse operations and involves operating stand-up forklifts (reach trucks, order pickers, or electric pallet jacks) to handle materials, load/unload, and maintain inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and staging areas
- Load/unload trailers and stock materials in designated locations
- Conduct pre-operation safety inspections
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Accurately complete documentation and reports as required
- Follow all warehouse safety and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts (6+ months preferred)
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a team setting
