About the Position
Compensation: $37,980.80 annually. Salary may be dependent upon the candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Ensures compliance with procurement card, purchasing and accounting regulations and policies by analyzing transactions and supporting documentation. Communicates procurement card program requirements with internal and external customers. Provides technical planning, assistance and training to agency staff. Analyzes areas of effectiveness and areas of need to remain compliant with program rules.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Six months of experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring activities relevant to the agency’s programs. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of procurement practices and procedures.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial report information and take the appropriate corrective action.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and consistently apply regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to evaluate and modify accounting systems, procedures, records and controls.
Ability to use personal computers and application software and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs
