We’re seeking a reliable and professional Field Support Technician to provide on-site IT support for 6 business locations, supporting 65–100 end users, including C-level staff. This is a customer-facing, white-glove support role requiring strong communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily on-site IT support, traveling between 2–3 sites per day
- Address hardware installation, troubleshooting, and end-user support
- Manage 15–20 weekly tickets escalated from the Service Desk
- Deliver high-touch, professional service to executive-level users
- Support a range of technologies including Windows 10/11, O365 (especially Outlook), MFPs, scan-to-email, and Pixie imaging
- Use ServiceNow for ticket tracking and incident management
- Collaborate with a small field support team
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Entra ID
- Familiarity with Cisco and Meraki networking
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple locations
Compensation: $60,000 - 65,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
