As Head of Technology, Strategy, and Execution, you will be at the forefront of operationalizing a bold, enterprise-level transformation. This role requires 3 days a week on site in NYC, Allentown, PA or Hazlet, NJ. The strategic roadmap has been defined—now we need a leader who can bring it to life. In this role, you will be responsible for driving momentum, removing execution barriers, and ensuring our Digital & Technology (D&T) transformation progresses with clarity, accountability, and measurable impact.
Reporting directly into the D&T leadership team, you will serve as the connective tissue across teams—translating strategy into action, tracking progress through robust metrics, communicating with impact, and shaping decisions that accelerate transformation outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the D&T strategic transformation roadmap—translate plans into operational outcomes with clear accountability and measurable results
- Drive alignment, ensure momentum, and remove barriers across functions and initiatives
- Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and KPIs that provide visibility into progress, impact, and risks—identify insights and recommend corrective actions as needed
- Deliver compelling, data-driven updates to senior leadership and Board-level audiences
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and maintain strategic focus
- Serve as a strategic operator, ensuring that structures, operating models, and governance support successful execution
- Proactively identify acceleration opportunities and areas for adjustment as transformation evolves
- Represent D&T in enterprise forums, helping articulate the function’s contributions and connecting the dots across the broader strategic agenda
Requirements:
- A strong execution mindset—you thrive in making strategy real and moving from PowerPoint to progress
- 10+ years of experience in technology-driven transformation environments, with a consultative approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
- A background in technology or business strategy—not IT program/project delivery
- Demonstrated success in executing complex change initiatives, preferably within a corporate, tech, or consulting setting
- Exceptional skills in storytelling with data—you can distill KPIs and qualitative insights into clear, executive-level narratives
- A natural collaborator who can engage and influence at all levels, from senior executives to frontline leaders
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology decisions to business value
This role is ideal for someone who understands technology as a lever for change, brings a management consulting approach to execution, and thrives in environments where momentum and influence are key to success.
