Install complex equipment and check mechanically, electrically, etc. for correct function; adjust and/or rework as required.
Working knowledge of HVAC with the Ability to Troubleshoot and Perform Preventitive Maintence.
Identify and Analyze Electricial Systems, i.e. Conduit; MC Cables; Lighting, etc.
Determine part requirements, provide parts and request part procurement.
Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in sometimes complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required.
Conduct difficult maintenance and repair tasks on complex technical equipment (ie. fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.).
Follow up and coordinate activities for efficient energy usage, lighting system, predictive maintenance, and lightning/grounding systems.
Participate in the development of work instructions and procedures for maintenance activities.
Job Requirements:
Associates Degree or 5 Years of Related Work Experience.
On Call Regularly.
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
Must be Goal Orientated and Show Initiative.
Heights up to 50 feet.
