Quality Program Specialist - Quality (Days)

This role will coordinate the facility based Quality and Process Improvement program, engaging departmental leaders and care team members in the improvement of outcomes and performance.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Three years of related experience. Requires working knowledge of specialized practices, equipment, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or project management in a related field.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance frameworks preferred
  • Certification Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) -- preferred
  • Relevant certifications or experience) in quality Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred
  • Ability to analyze complex data and trends with proficiency with data analysis software and tools
  • Working knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, Leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to foster collaborative approach to process improvement.
