Your Job:
Are you passionate about ensuring product quality and identifying process improvement opportunities? In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet customer quality specifications. You will act as a facilitator for interdisciplinary teams to solve problems, ensure compliance with certifications such as ISO, IATF, safety, and environmental standards, and support the achievement of quality objectives established by senior management.
Our Team:
You will join the quality department within our CCS division, working closely with various teams, including manufacturing, engineering, planning, and customer service. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence and fostering collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure compliance with customer quality specifications by implementing and maintaining quality standards and processes.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to resolve customer quality notifications (QN’s) and ensure timely communication of updates.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process), including coordinating required information and annual layout pieces.
- Maintain updated production documentation, such as inspection plans, engineering changes, and visual aids, to ensure accuracy and readiness.
- Implement and verify engineering changes (ECNs) and ensure all affected documents are updated accordingly.
- Analyze and approve deviations for non-conforming materials and coordinate internal approvals to release materials for production.
- Ensure quality-related data (e.g., scrap, defects, ZQIN) is correctly captured in SAP in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to validate process improvements.
- Provide training related to quality topics to ensure product excellence.
- Participate in customer and supplier calls to provide quality support and resolve issues effectively.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality-related role.
- Advanced (conversational) English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP tools.
- Knowledge of ISO and IATF standards, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of metrology and equipment calibration processes.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and adapt to different working methods.
- Experience in conducting quality-related training sessions.
