Our last Assistant Store Manager just levelled up to Store Manager – go them! This means there’s now a spot open for someone ready to jump into the driver’s seat.

We’re after a hands-on leader who’s coachable, loves the thrill of a sale, and knows how to keep customers coming back.

Got experience managing? Great. The store’s pretty new – just four months in – and the team is already firing on all cylinders. Bonus points if you’ve got an eye for visual merch, but mostly we’re looking for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen.

As an Assistant Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To be successful in the role

• Management experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
