Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in QA in a USDA-regulated food production environment (poultry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs, and USDA regulations.
  • HACCP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or extended shifts as needed.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to cold/wet/hot plant environments.
  • Standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. for extended periods.
  • Fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and regulatory requirements.
