We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs at the heart of Stoneridge’s innovation in automotive and electronic solutions. As a Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering world-class products and ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across our global teams.

Your Mission

  • Drive project execution from development through production, ensuring quality, profitability, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional core teams and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Interface with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and flawless program execution.
  • Monitor and manage scope, budget, risks, schedules, and quality targets with a focus on optimizing cash flow..
  • Own the success of gate reviews, program KPIs, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, anticipating risks and initiating corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure efficient information flow across teams and plants.
  • Report on financials including budget, profitability, investment costs, and propose cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer and legal requirements regarding contracts and warranties.
  • Lead steering committees, MPRs, and gate reviews with data-driven decision making.
  • Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement processes across programs.

Your Profile

Education: B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Project Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience: 5+ years in Program Management with a track record of leading successful projects in a complex, cross-functional environment.

You need to have a valid work visa for The Netherlands.

Skills:

  • Solid PM process knowledge (incl. PPAP, APQP, DFMEA).
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and data management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Structured, strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make tough calls based on clear data.
