Pricing Program manager for BR - Shopping experience team

Key job responsibilities

• Support deployment of Amazon pricing strategy in Brazil
• Serve as central pricing point of contact for multiple stakeholders, understanding pricing metrics and systems in depth
• Innovate with customer-centricity, proposing and leading structural and incremental improvements to the pricing program
• Analyze root causes of pricing metric changes and propose actions
• Build new ways of looking at pricing data to extract insights
• Inspect pricing mechanisms and propose actions

A day in the life

• Daily: support stakeholders on pricing program questions and needs
• Weekly: analyze metrics, meet with stakeholders, understand root causes of changes and define short, medium and long term action items
• Monthly: conduct pricing training sessions and broader communication sessions
• Quarterly: innovate to come up with ideas on how to improve the pricing program, lead projects on such innovations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
• 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
