The Data Analytics Product Owner is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of data products across multiple business lines. This position requires a visionary leader with strong technical expertise and business acumen who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of data products that align with our key focus areas including Power BI solution development, AI integration, customer profiling, forecasting, and operational excellence. This role is crucial for ensuring our data products deliver measurable business value while maintaining compliance with data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision and roadmap for data products across multiple business lines, aligning with organizational goals and key focus areas.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data products meet operational and strategic requirements.
• Monitor and optimize product performance using metrics that align with business objectives, including user adoption, BOI, and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, data quality standards, and security protocols.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into product offerings, particularly in AI, advanced analytics, and visualization.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in data product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing data products in complex organizational environments.
• Strong understanding of data technologies including SQL, Python, Power BI, cloud platforms, and modern data architectures.

Superior communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive audiences and translate business needs into technical requirements.
