IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and handling IT issues and service requests via ticketing system
  • Perform regular server maintenance and support server infrastructure (Windows)
  • Performing initial troubleshooting and resolution
  • Collaborate closely with First Level Support, internal departments, and external service providers
  • Assisting users with hardware and software problems
  • Documenting requests and solutions in our ticketing system
  • Installing and configuring workstations and peripheral devices
  • Support rollouts, updates, and IT-related projects

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in IT support, ideally in second level
  • Solid knowledge of Windows client/server environments, Microsoft 365,Intune, networking technologies
  • Strong service and customer orientation, as well as excellent communication skills
  • Team player, reliable, and structured work approach
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), German is a plus
