We are seeking an experienced and driven Power Process Integration Manager (f/m/d) to lead our process integration team focused on High Voltage Silicon IGBTs and MOSFETs. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the department, collaborating closely with R&D, Product Engineering, and Project Management to define and establish robust, scalable semiconductor processes for current and future power products.

About the Job

  • Lead the Power Process Integration team with both disciplinary and technical responsibility
  • Plan capacity, resources, and manage departmental budgets (cost center responsibility)
  • Oversee personnel development and planning within the department
  • Make strategic decisions on process alignment and equipment selection
  • Ensure compliance with IATF certification and quality/documentation standards
  • Enforce safety, environmental, and fire protection regulations
  • Manage technology transfer projects for High Voltage Silicon IGBTs and MOSFETs
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Engineering, and Project Management to define processes for new semiconductor devices
  • Analyze data to identify process improvements and increase production yield
  • Support new product development and the transition to manufacturing
  • Define and develop process flows for power product integration
  • Support mask generation and define PCM measurement specifications
  • Create and integrate run cards for production
  • Evaluate inline data for new process steps and define splitting plans (production trials)
  • Supervise and maintain Process-FMEA activities in manufacturing

About You

  • Master’s degree in Semiconductor Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device processes (IGBTs, MOSFETs, etc.)
  • Initial experience leading a team is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive, structured, and capable of driving complex projects independently
