   1. 8+ years of experience in the field of data engineering, data architecture, ETL architecure
   2. Good understanding of data architecture, solution design, data modeling
   3. Very good communication skills – should be able to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
   4. Technical skills – SQL, SSIS, Databricks, Pyspark, Power BI
   5. Should be able to understand the requirements and able to ask right set of questions in requirement discussion
   6. Good to have skills – Snowflake, Scala, Python
