Join the Digital Communications & Growth team at UBS Switzerland, a dynamic and innovative team constantly seeking talented individuals. As part of the Marketing & Digital Sales Center of Excellence, you will contribute to all marketing and digital sales activities for UBS Switzerland.
Our team is responsible for Content Marketing & Client Communication, organic Social Media, SEO & On-Site-Steering, and Growth Marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
- as a Content Marketing Project Manager for corporate and institutional clients, you will be an integral part of our Content Marketing & Client Communication team within Marketing & Digital Sales at UBS Switzerland.
- constantly improve UBS Switzerland's comprehensive content and digital strategy across all client segments, product, and thematic focuses.
- your main responsibility will be managing the ongoing content production and optimization flow for our editorial content to provide our clients and prospects guidance on financial topics and enable them to take sound decisions.
- managing ongoing content production and optimization to provide clients and prospects with guidance on financial topics, enabling them to make informed decisions.
- optimizing existing content marketing measures and user journeys, managing topic and editorial planning, overseeing newsletters, briefing content creators, and steering the approval, translation, and publishing process for distribution across online and offline channels.
- analyzing content performance (SEO and on-page) based on team and business OKRs, implementing optimizations accordingly.
- collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to transform their expertise into engaging, user-oriented content.
- working closely with colleagues in search experience, content strategy, digital marketing, interaction and service design, content production, product teams, localization, and research.
- collaborating in an agile environment with short design sprints, rapid prototyping, and frequent user testing.
- managing relationships with advertising and marketing agencies and external content producers.
Your team
You will be part of the "Content Marketing & Client Communication" team based in our Zurich Europaallee office. We handle all intent- and long-form content on UBS.com/ch and produce content for additional owned and paid channels.
Your expertise
- quick comprehension, networked thinking, and the ability to navigate new structures and topics swiftly.
- at least three years of experience in content marketing, advertising, marketing communication, or journalism.
- ideally, knowledge of the financial industry and topics relevant to corporate and institutional clients.
- experience with action-oriented online and offline communication and a strong understanding of multichannel marketing.
- an open, direct communication style and enjoy working in teams and with various contact persons.
- strategic, conceptual, and innovative thinking with high-quality standards for marketing communication.
- proven experience with content, SEO, collaboration, and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Sistrix, SEMRush, Searchmetrics, Decibel, ScreamingFrog, Google Ads, Google Search Console, censhare, etc.
- a proactive and efficient way of working.
- experience with agile methodologies.
- ideally, a university degree (university or university of applied sciences).
- native German speaker with proficient English skills; additional language skills (French & Italian) are an advantage.
