As an Oracle RMS Project Manager, you will make an impact by leading the planning and execution of Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes. You will be a valued member of our dynamic team and work collaboratively with other partners and teams.

In this role, you will

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and improve collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules budgets and reports to provide clarity and accountability.
  • Facilitate communication between team members to ensure alignment and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Oversee resource allocation and manage project budgets to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement standard methodologies in project management to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards to maintain project integrity and quality.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide feedback to team members to drive future improvements.
  • Use Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) expertise to enhance project delivery and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technical solutions and support system enhancements.
  • Drive innovation by finding opportunities for process improvements and technology advancements.

What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)

  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Retail (Oracle RMS) with a minimum of 9 years in project management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in core commerce domain enhancing project relevance and impact.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and time constraints.

Working arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client in Vancouver. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $100,000 – $117,500 CAD per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing.
