Description:
The Hollywood Park part-time production crew member supports SoFi Stadium and the YouTube Theater. They will be responsible for supporting in-game and event production in the control room and stadium during football and soccer games, as well as special events.

Director:
The Director orchestrates live sporting event camera coverage, directing camera operators, replays, and graphics to deliver a compelling broadcast. They make critical shot selections and ensure seamless transitions, working closely with the production team to execute the producer's vision. This role demands strong communication, quick decision-making under pressure, and in-depth sports knowledge. They must be proficient with professional broadcast equipment, including Ross switchers and video camera systems.
Hourly Rate: $70.00 - $116.88 per hour
Dashboard:
The Dashboard Operator manages the Ross Dashboard system, triggering real-time graphics and cues for on-screen displays based on producer and director instructions. They accurately input and execute last play statistics and other dynamic information, ensuring timely and precise delivery. This position requires proficiency with the Ross Dashboard interface, quick response times, and a solid understanding of football.

Replay Operator:
The Replay Operator utilizes Evertz Dream Catcher systems to capture, organize, and playback crucial game footage for live broadcasts. They select and assemble replay sequences, create highlight packages, and ensure seamless transitions between live action and replays. This role demands proficiency with replay systems, quick decision-making, and a comprehensive understanding of football.

CG Operator:
The CG Operator creates and manages on-screen graphics using Ross XPression systems during live events. They design and execute real-time graphics, including scores, statistics, and player information, ensuring they align with broadcast standards. This position requires proficiency with XPression software, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of football.

Playback Operator:
The Playback Operator manages and executes pre-recorded video content using Evertz DreamCatcher software during live events. They ensure precise timing and triggering of clips, working closely with the production team. This role requires proficiency with DreamCatcher software, quick problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of football.

Camera Operator:
The Camera Operator captures high-quality footage during live events, working closely with the director to achieve desired shots. They set up, operate, and maintain camera equipment, ensuring optimal performance. This role requires technical proficiency with Sony cameras, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

Camera Shader:
The Camera Shader ensures consistent color and lighting across all camera feeds using Sony RCP controllers. They adjust color levels, white balance, and exposure, maintaining a uniform visual aesthetic. This role requires a strong understanding of color theory, proficiency with video monitoring equipment, and quick reaction times.

Utility:
The Utility supports camera operators by handling equipment setup, cable management, and general assistance during live events. They ensure camera equipment is functioning correctly and provide logistical support to the camera crew. Audio Engineer (A1):

Clock Operator:
The Clock Operator manages the OES game clock controller and scoreboard during live sporting events. Communications Technician - PL Communications:
The Communications Technician oversees the Riedel Intercom system, including Bolero configuration and operation. They monitor network signals, configure panels and beltpacks, and troubleshoot communication issues. This role requires expertise with Riedel systems and strong networking knowledge.

Technical Director:
The Technical Director operates the Ross Acuity Switcher, managing video inputs and transitions during live events. They collaborate with the director and producer, ensuring seamless execution of the broadcast plan. This role requires extensive experience with Ross switchers, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication.

Audio Assistant:
The Audio Assistant provides support to the Audio Engineer, setting up and managing audio equipment, including microphones and wireless systems. They assist with audio transitions and troubleshoot technical issues. This role requires a solid understanding of audio principles and familiarity with professional audio equipment.

IPTV Technician:
The IPTV Technician supports and maintains the IPTV system and house monitors, managing the Cisco Vision Dynamic Signage Director. They assist with hardware updates, troubleshooting, and event support, ensuring seamless IPTV functionality throughout the campus. This role requires knowledge of IPTV systems and strong technical skills.
Hourly Rate: $47.00 - $61.88 per hour
Production Assistant:
The Production Assistant responsibilities will span a wide range of tasks, including administrative duties such as clerical work, and assisting with production scheduling and the preparation and management of equipment. You will also be responsible for handling and distributing essential production paperwork like scripts, call sheets, and daily reports, contributing to inventory management and material preparation, and ensuring the production area remains clean and safe. Furthermore, you will provide direct support to production staff by retrieving necessary tools and supplies, and running errands as needed. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with crew members and the clear conveyance of technical information.
