Job Description

In your new role you will: 車載アプリケーション マーケテイング担当 車載事業本部、VMOセグメント

当社の主力製品である車載向け半導体、これらを日本市場に対して販売促進を行っていくマーケティング業務を担います。

• 車載向けパワーエレクトロニクス（パワーコンバージョン、パワートレイン）のアプリケーションマーケテイング担当責任者 (AMG)
• 日本市場に対して、将来のビジネス展望（中・長期計画）の立案し、販売促進地域戦略を定める（自動車、商用車・建機・農機、EV2輪などのアプリケーション向け）
• 直販・特約店チャネルビジネスを生かし、お客様へ車載マーケット動向、自社製品を組んだシステム提案、アプリケーションの拡販を行う
• 営業・FAEチームメンバーとの協業し、該当アプリケーションの業績（売り上げ・Design-Win）ターゲット管理、達成を担う

日本市場から得られたニーズやトレンドの情報を本国（ドイツ）へ報告し、開発部隊へ新製品の提案に繋ぎ、英語を使用しながら働くことができます。

• Regional Application Marketing (AMG) for Automotive Power Electronics (Power Conversion/Powertrain)
• Create and deploy Japan region application G2M strategy for Inverter and/or BMS in the target markets: Automotive Passenger vehicles, Commercial ＆ Agriculture Vehicles (CAV) and Light Electric Vehicles(LEV)
• Responsible for System solution promotion, increase product count through direct and distribution channels
• Collaborate with Sales and FAE to ensures KPI targets: Revenue and Design-wins

Provides input for market / competitor insights, value proposition, business case creation, positioning, pricing and product roadmap from regional perspective

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 半導体マーケテイングの経験 5年以上 （Mid level）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力（的確な報告や会話ができる）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力 TOEIC700点以上（対面でのコミュニケーションができる）
• 基本的なPCスキル

＜あれば尚可＞

• パワー半導体やマイコン製品の営業、FAE業務経験
• 製造業での顧客対応経験（B to B）
