The Key Account Manager is responsible for the On Premise chained headoffices in Brazil. The main objective of the role is to scale volume and distribution on a national level by managing current Travel & Lodging accounts and prospect new partnerships. Support on the development of the strategy, apply global guidelines/concepts and define tactical approach to the consumption occasions.

  • MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS
  • Manage Travel & Lodging Headoffices with international and national relevance which include negotiations, execution and coverage plan.
  • STRATEGY AND PLANNING
  • Define what are the priorities of the segment and how we allocate time, resources and margins according to segment/partner relevance. Define ways of working with other departments and drive brand a product value. Support on building a cohesive Business Plan.
  • TRACKING, ANALYZING AND REPORTING
  • Ongoing data maintenance in reports by sharing status on Key Account volume, distribution, execution as well as share best practices with other markets.
  • FIELD TEAM SUPPORT
  • Support team resources, ensure the correct tools and Travel & Lodging guides. Organize days in trade, routes and define processes

EXPERIENCE

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:

  • Bachelor Degree;
  • Experience in FMCG companies working with Travel & Lodging segments;
  • Advanced English;
  • Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point;
  • Hands on profile, planning, love for details, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality and dynamism.
