RNDC is looking for an Innovative and Energetic IT Support Manager to join our Amazing RNDC team. The IT Support Manager oversees and ensures compliance with IT Support Management procedures. This role will partner with Development, Quality Assurance, Technical, and Business teams to lead a compliant and sustainable process. Assist in the management of the IT Support (product, project, development) management life cycle and where necessary introduce systems to help teams manage with the goal of reducing implementation risk to the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department Associates. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and talent development; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a technical area. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification preferred. Experience working in wholesale or retail industry preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual should also have the following: Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT Operations, IT Production Support, or Change Management. Experience with Process Improvement Methodology including defining and documenting workflow. Experience with Change Management tool and workflow; ServiceNow experience is strongly preferred. Proven ability to work closely with the business community as well as technical resources in a tactful, professional manner. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas and persuade others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives. Compensation
This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Maryland state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $126,400.00 up to $180,600.00. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
