What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Perform repetitive to non-repetitive assembly and functional testing of aircraft components
• Troubleshoot and analyze systems to identify issues and recommend corrective steps per OEM and regulatory procedures
• Operate both manual and automated assembly/test equipment, including in-circuit and functional test fixtures
• Solder and inspect complex electronic boards following strict quality and safety guidelines
• Set up and calibrate tools and machinery for precise electronic assembly
• Record data accurately and update documentation control systems (e.g., Word, Excel, SAP)
• Communicate findings and collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met

What You Bring to the Table

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or assembly
• Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, SMT systems, and quality inspection standards
• Ability to read and follow detailed technical documentation and engineering drawings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field
• Experience using SAP and other manufacturing systems
• Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries
• Certification in soldering or electronics assembly is a plus

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
