2nd shift Production Operator

A local Kansas City, KS warehouse is looking to add a production operator to their company! This is an evaluation hire (potential direct placement for the right candidate), with room for advancement and growth opportunities.

PAY: $19.00/hr

SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday; 3PM-1:30AM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• May operate equipment such as, but not limited to, the Pre-Expander, Mold, Lamination Line, Block – Auto Line, etc.
• Verify equipment set-up prior to start of a production run, operates and shuts down manufacturing equipment.
• Verifies order information and produces part(s) with the correct material, density, weight, size, and/or shape within quality tolerance to meet specific job requirements while meeting productivity standards.

FUNCTIONAL CATEGORIES

• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift up to 50 pounds; and safely operate assigned machinery

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience: MUST BE ABLE TO READ A TAPE MEASURE, machine operating exp.
• Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Driver’s License
